in 2014 we launched our bbq school that initially focused on the prep/cooking techniques of brisket and ribs. since inception we have taught over 2k ppl in the Dfw area and have expanded our curriculum further. if you can grill it we can teach it!
PRIVATE CLASSES- We come to you!
FULL BBQ CLASS FOR UP TO 10 PEOPLE- $200 PER PERSON
THE CLASS FOCUSES ON COOKING AND PREP OF BRISKET AND RIBS. INCLUDES DINNER, PAIRED BEVERAGES AND 4-5 HOURS OF HANDS ON INSTRUCTION WITH DOUG AND HIS ASSISTANT PITMASTERS.
CLASS USUALLY RUN ABOUT 4 HOURS AND CAN BE BOOKED WITH 72 HOUR NOTICE.

4 HOURS OF TEACHING..UP TO 5 PEOPLE. I COME ON SITE, AND TEACH THE TIPS AND TRICKS OF COOKING ON THE EGG. WE WILL COOK WHATEVER FOOD YOU GUYS PROVIDE.
BGE SCHOOL AND CATERED DINNER
CONSULTATION FEE IS $500 AS INDICATED ABOVE....INCLUDES 4 HOURS OF INSTRUCTION AND COOKING ON THE BGE. THEN WE CAN DISCUSS A MENU IF YOU WANTED TO INVITE A BUNCH OF GUYS AND WIVES/KIDS OVER FOR DINNER TOWARDS THE END OF THE SCHOOL.
ALL FOOD IS PROVIDED BY DWP AND IT WOULD BE PRICED PER PERSON DEPENDING ON MENU
